Địa điểm làm việc: Nhà máy Everpia - KCN Tân Quang, Như Quỳnh, Hưng Yên (cách Ocean Park khoảng 1km, có xe đưa đón từ nội thành Hà Nội).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Master Data Management:
- Create, update, maintain, and deactivate Item Master, Vendor Master, UOM, Item Groups, and related attributes in the ERP system.
- Thoroughly verify data accuracy, completeness, and consistency before release for operational use.
2. BOM & Routing Management:
- Convert engineering drawings and documentation from R&D/Engineering into Bills of Materials (BOM) and production Routings.
- Maintain change history, revisions, and technical parameters (Scrap Rate, Standard Processing Time) as processes evolve.
3. Price List Management:
- Build and maintain Purchase Price Lists and Sales Price Lists, managing discount policies, quantity based pricing, and validity periods.
4. Data Quality & Governance:
- Perform periodic data audits and reconcile ERP data with actual operations.
- Propose and establish data standards, coding rules, and change management procedures to prevent errors at the source.
5. System Improvement Support:
- Collaborate with technical teams and ERP vendors on system upgrades, enhancements, and expansions.
- Support user training, prepare user manuals, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
