To support our growth, we are looking for a highly capable and proactive ERP Master Data Specialist to join our team and drive operational excellence.

Location: Tan Quang Industrial Park, Nhu Quynh Commune, Hung Yen Province - About 1 km from Ocean Park 1 - Company buses from Ha Noi city.
Working time: Monday - Friday (7:30 - 16:15) + 2 Saturdays/month, working on all Saturdays is during the probation period
1. What you 'll do
You will be the "gatekeeper" of all core data within our ERP system - ensuring every number is accurate, synchronized, and timely. Your work directly impacts production efficiency, inventory accuracy, and product costing across the entire company
1.1 Master Data Management
Create, update, maintain, and deactivate Item Master, Vendor Master, UOM, Item Groups, and related attributes in the ERP system.
Thoroughly verify data accuracy, completeness, and consistency before release for operational use.
1.2 BOM & Routing Management
Convert engineering drawings and documentation from R&D/Engineering into Bills of Materials (BOM) and production Routings.
Maintain change history, revisions, and technical parameters (Scrap Rate, Standard Processing Time) as processes evolve.
1.3 Price List Management
Build and maintain Purchase Price Lists and Sales Price Lists, managing discount policies, quantity‐based pricing, and validity periods
1.4 Data Quality & Governance
Perform periodic data audits and reconcile ERP data with actual operations.
Propose and establish data standards, coding rules, and change management procedures to prevent errors at the source.
1.5 System Improvement Support
Collaborate with technical teams and ERP vendors on system upgrades, enhancements, and expansions.
Support user training, prepare user manuals, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
2. What we 're looking for
2.1 Education
Bachelor 's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Manufacturing Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2.2 Experience
Minimum 02 years of experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
Solid understanding of Production Planning (MRP) and Manufacturing processes.
Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS (MRP, MPS modules) - or experience with other ERPs (SAP PP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo) with strong adaptability.
Experience in Master Data Management is a strong advantage.
2.3 Knowledge & Skills
Strong understanding of: Item Master, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, MRP.
Mandatory: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query).
English: Good reading, writing, and listening comprehension of technical documents; basic communication skills.
Analytical thinking, high attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently.
Strong cross-functional coordination and problem-solving abilities.
2.4 Personal Attributes

Quick learner with a growth mindset and adaptability to new technologies.
Patient and persistent when working with large data volumes.

100% of Master Data requests processed within agreed SLA.
Data error rate maintained below 0.5%.

On‐time completion of periodic data audits and reconciliations.
