ERP Master Data Specialist

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Manufacturing Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
• Minimum 02 years of experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of Production Planning (MRP) and Manufacturing processes.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS (MRP, MPS modules) - or experience with other ERPs (SAP PP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo) with strong adaptability.
• Experience in Master Data Management is a strong advantage.
Knowledge & Skills
• Strong understanding of: Item Master, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, MRP.
• Mandatory: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query).
• English: Good reading, writing, and listening comprehension of technical documents; basic communication skills.
• Analytical thinking, high attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Personal Attributes
• Proactive, honest, and responsible with data integrity.
• Quick learner with a growth mindset and adaptability to new technologies.
• Patient and persistent when working with large data volumes.
