Mô tả công việc

• Responsibility
o Annual account plan and sales revenues for ERP SAP/RPA/AI Chatbot/OCR business solutions for enterprise;
o Establish, monitor and develop sales pipeline;
o Customer relationship management;
o Maintain and develop a local partner network to support sales;
o Market research and development;
o Engage and take responsibility in all relevant activities of the sales cycle.
o Engaging with customers on specific opportunities; Developing, understanding & documenting customer requirements for all solutions; Understanding the customer's business requirements and creating compelling bids for closure.
o Responsible for carrying and meeting the annual sales targets for the intelligent factory business
o Responsible for all sales engagements, building opportunity pipeline, qualifying new opportunities in ERP SAP, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI Chatbot & Optical Character Recognition (OCR), generating pipeline, aligning opportunity to the company's solutions and exploring feasible solutions outside of traditional portfolio when necessary

• Qualifications [Education background]
o Bachelor degree in related fields IT/Computer Science/ Business Administration;
[Skills & Competencies]
o Sufficient English speaking and writing proficiency;
o Teamworking and self-driven;
o Inter-personal skills.
o Demonstrate presentation/written skills at an advanced level
o Possess an understanding/knowledge of the ERP & SCM Solutions & products (such as SAP, Oracle, O9) functionalities, implementation methodologies and delivery models
Possess an understanding/knowledge of RPA and AI related technology & products (AI Chatbot, UIPath, Automation Anywhere, AI based OCR)- (A plus point)
[Experience]
o At least 3-5 years in a sales position in a foreign company or a similar business environment.
o 3-5+ years of industry sales experience in any one of Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Manufacturing industries.
o Experience and networking with key players in such industries as BFSI, manufacturing firms, or other business corporations will be a plus;
o Having commercial price negotiation and contracting skills
