ESG Manager - Furniture - Chinese Speaking

Looking for a talented ESG Manager who is capable to develop and oversee environmental, social and governance strategies, initiatives, and SOPs, collaborate with internal and external stake holders to assess social compliance, labor practices, sustainability, corporate governance.
Description
The ideal ESG Manager (Environmental Social Governance), reporting directly to the Country Manager, will be in charge of the following activities:
* Leading ESG program in global supply chain and ensure suppliers are aligned with the corporate ESG strategy.
* Research and maintain a set of the ESG checkpoints cooperatively with Company's approved auditors, schedule audits with new and active suppliers, supervise the audit operations.
* Provide training and technical support to Company sourcing team and suppliers.
* Research and assess the best industry practices and standards and adapt into the Company ESG program.
* Release the monthly ESG status report to management team and cross-functional stakeholders with milestone update, progress, goal achievement %, risk alert etc.
* Cultivate the environmental culture, lead, and promote the environmental projects of FSC, pollution reduction, energy saving, renewable energy, sustainable materials, carbon footprint.
* Other duties assigned by direct supervisor.
Profile
The preferred candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Business Management, Environmental Engineering, Human Resources Management or related discipline, combined with at least 5 years in social compliance audit and operation management in global sourcing/trading environment or a 3rd party audit firm, with at least 1 year on a supervisor role.
Open for Vietnamese and Chinese speaking Expat. Good level of English & Chinese Mandarin are required.
