You will assist in the planning and coordination of school events, including:
• workshops
• conferences
• performances
• student activities
You will also support logistical aspects of events, including:
• venue setup
• catering
• audiovisual needs
• transportation
Additionally, you will assist in:
• creating and distributing event invitations
• marketing materials
• promotional content
You will support on-site event management, including:
• registration
• guest assistance
• troubleshooting
You will assist in post-event activities such as:
• collecting feedback
• analyzing event success
• compiling reports
You will contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall event experience and capture memorable moments, and perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
