Event Executive

Responsibilities:
Project Briefing: Coordinating with the Account department to receive information from customers
Understanding customer expectations.
Unifying the general concept of the event (event/activation), creative ideas, and designation for a proposal.
Make a brief design and coordinate with the design department to illustrate the concept of events with photos and videos.
Collaborating with Account to present to customers about proposal and event implementation plan and complete Proposal on deadline and ensure quality
Creating a Concept proposal by using PowerPoint in English, Crafting and program scripting for events in a unique, creative, convincing, and appealing manner.
Transferring the approved proposal to the Account department for implementing the program.
Job Requirements:
BSc/ BA in Marketing, Event or relevant field
Microsoft Office or Google Suite skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to create proposal and presentation documents
Being able to professionally present and be convincing.
