The Event Intern is responsible for supporting the daily administrative tasks of the Events department at Anne Hill International School. This position also plays a role in coordinating in internal and external events.

Event Coordination Support
Marketing Support
The intern will receive direct instruction and guidance from a designated AHI employee for each assigned task.

Eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude, willing to support tasks beyond their core responsibilities.
Basic video shooting and editing skills (e.g., using CapCut, Premiere Pro) are a plus.
Basic content writing skills for social media posts, emails, and internal documents.
Basic event planning and event organisation skills.
Proficiency in office software such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Owning a personal laptop is a plus.
Education & Experience
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
