Role Description The Event Marketing and Partnership Development Sr role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing events that promote Aspire Lifestyles' services and enhance partner relationships. Day-to-day activities include developing event marketing strategies, coordinating logistics with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring brand alignment across all event communications.
The role also involves identifying partnership opportunities, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, supporting sales initiatives through event-related campaigns, and delivering high-quality customer service during and after events. The individual in this position collaborates closely with marketing, sales, and operations to measure event effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and managing stakeholder expectations.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
Candidates should possess Event Planning and Event Marketing skills, including logistics coordination, campaign development, and on-site event management.
Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as relationship building, opportunity identification, and support for revenue-generating initiatives.
Relevant experience in marketing, events, hospitality, or partnership development, preferably in a customer experience or service-focused environment.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficiency in common office and marketing tools, and comfort working with digital platforms and reports.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
