Event Marketing Officer (Aeon Mall Hue - 354)

Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting Marketing Officers (Event).
+ Work location: AEON MALL Hue - Vietinbank Building, No. 2 Le Quy Don Street, Phu Hoi Ward, Hue City, Thua Thien Hue (Temporary office).
+ Working time: On average 5 days/ week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
+ Report to: Executive/ Senior Executive.
Job summary: Make plan and execute event promotions and marketing campaigns according to company marketing strategy
1. Be responsible to plan, prepare and execute offline marketing campaign and activities to attract customers to mall, including seasonal decoration, events, activation, promotion, sales fair... (25%)
2. Create, manage, produce and keep tracking the quantity and quality of Marketing POSM which is related to the mall campaign and activities. Ensure that brand image and latest information of mall and tenants will be delivered appropriately and timely to customers. (15%)
3. Corporate with agencies/ vendors to run Marketing campaign and activities smoothly and efficiently, align with the company budget and customer satisfaction (10%)
4. Follow up, implement and apply the digital transformation into offline activities to maintain the mall modernism. (10%)
5. Base on the results of marketing activities and campaign data, make reports as assigned (including campaign report, periodic report...) to have appropriated management and evaluation. (10%)
6. Patrol and supervise marketing activities appropriately and efficiently. (10%)
7. Smoothly cooperate with related parties to build up and implement effective boosting sales and advertising activities for tenants and mall. (10%)
8. Handle administration tasks for upcoming campaigns/ activities. (5%)
9. Other tasks as assigned by supervisors
