Event Operations Lead

Brancher.X Vietnam (former Havas Vietnam) - one of the fastest-growing Media Agencies, is looking for a talented Event Operations Lead.
Working locaion: 369B-C Le Quang Dinh Street, Networld Asia Building, 05 Ward, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City
Working time: Monday to Friday, 8h30 AM - 6h00 PM (including 1,5 hours for lunch break)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversee the entire event planning process from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with requirements, target audience, and objectives.
Propose innovative ideas and strategies to boost the success and impact of each event.
Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring financial adherence and cost-effectiveness.
Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.
Coordinate all operational elements of the event, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
Drive and lead promotional activities to maximize event visibility and engagement.
Oversee and manage event staff including event coordinators, caterers, and other personnel, ensuring effective team performance.
Address and resolve any issues that arise during the event to ensure a seamless experience.
Evaluate event outcomes, analyze success metrics, and prepare comprehensive reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in English.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in event management, with a proven track record in a managerial role or higher.
Solid understanding of current event trends, genres, and forms.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in global event organization.
