Key Responsibilities
Client Insight & Analysis: Attend meetings, receive briefs, and provide feedback to clients; conduct in-depth research and analysis of client requirements.
Proposal Drafting: Take primary responsibility for writing proposals. Collaborate with the Design team to ensure content is comprehensive, coherent, creative, and aesthetically pleasing (presented in both Vietnamese and English).
Creative Concept Development: Source information and visual assets for proposals; contribute creative ideas to projects; develop event flows, games, and project-related activities.
Content Management: Craft creative content including storyboards, MC scripts, etc., ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
Project & Timeline Management: Monitor the progress of relevant departments to ensure all assigned tasks meet deadlines.
Stakeholder Coordination: Assist supervisors in coordinating with internal departments, clients, contractors, and freelancers to ensure project perfection.
Vendor & Cost Management: Provide clear requirements, negotiate costs, and manage the delivery process from third-party vendors.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an Event Planning Executive or an equivalent role in the event, marketing, or advertising industry.
Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to work both independently and within a team.
Writing Skills: Proven ability in proposal writing, creative copywriting, and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing, communications, and branding.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects and timelines effectively.
Attitude: Proactive and ready to take on tasks assigned by supervisors.
