Project Briefing: Coordinating with Account department to receive information from customers
Understanding customer expectations.
Unifying the general concept of the event (event / activation) and creative ideas, designation for a proposal.
Making a brief design and coordinating with the design department to illustrate the concept of events with photos and videos.
Collaborating with Account to present to customers about proposal and event implementation plan and complete Proposal on deadline and ensure quality
Creating a Concept proposal by using Power point in English, Crafting and program scripting for events in a unique, creative, convincing and appealing manner.
Transferring the approved proposal to the Account department for implementing the program.

Minimum experience of 1-2 years with equivalent work in Planning or Account departments in the field of advertising, event management.2+ years of experience in digital marketing or advertising preferable
Trained, experienced and knowledgeable in the field of media, advertising, marketing, event organization.
Being Interested in researching, experiencing, constantly updating new technologies, marketing / event organizing / current trends and applying them to become creative ideas for the right events.
Being ability to professionally presenting and convincing.
Microsoft Office or Google Suite skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to create proposal and presentation documents
Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
Excellent communicator, strong team player, good organizer, strong attention to detail, good presentation skills
Ability to work on own initiative but as part of a small team
Working knowledge of English is necessary
Good at English (both writing and speaking), presentation skills (verbal and written)
