Event Planning Manager

The Event Planning Manager's primary focus is servicing Sales & Events bookings. This position works closely with the Hotel Sales Managers and sales staff to provide support with servicing groups, catering and convention services, and facilitating communication between departments while the clients are on property. This position acts as a liaison between Meeting Planners and the hotel staff.
The Event Planning Manager handles both local catering and group sales bookings with responsibilities including: administering Sales agreements, detailing all Food, Beverage, and A/V needs, managing room blocks and pick up, and billing. Event Planning Manager's may also conduct site tours, and maintain strong customer relationships as the on-site contact and are responsible for the seamless execution of all events on property.

Salary range for this position is $66,100 to $80,900 dependent on experience.
