Event Production Supervisor

Brancher.X Vietnam (formerly Havas Vietnam) - one of the fastest-growing Media Agencies, is seeking a talented Production Lead to join our team.
As a Production Lead, you will oversee the production processes for various events, ensuring high-quality outcomes and effective execution. This role involves managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, controlling project costs, and maintaining production standards. You will work closely with both internal teams and external vendors to achieve the best results for the company.
Working Location: 369B-369C Le Quang Dinh Street, Networld Asia Building, 05 Ward, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City
Working Time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (including 1.5 hours for lunch break)
Description:
Create comprehensive production plans for events, ensuring alignment with project briefs and objectives.
Oversee all aspects of event production, including setup, execution, and teardown.
Plan, coordinate, and execute event activations, ensuring creative and logistical elements are of high quality and align with project goals.
Oversee TVC production, including setup, filming, and editing, to meet company quality standards.
Identify and evaluate potential vendors for various event needs (e.g., equipment, catering, staging).
Negotiate contracts to secure the best terms, manage vendor relationships, and resolve any issues that arise to ensure smooth operations.
Manage the financial aspects of production projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and financial goals. Handle cost estimation, budget optimization, and financial reporting.
Oversee logistical aspects of events, including location rental, transportation, setup, and teardown.
Continuously assess and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Support and manage team members, providing guidance and oversight to ensure effective collaboration and project execution.
Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in production management.
Proven experience in managing large-scale events, TVC productions, and interactive activations.
Demonstrated success in vendor management, contract negotiation, and financial oversight.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage complex projects under pressure.
Ability to build trusted relationships with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in English.
