Event Sale Coordinator

Perform general office duties to support Consumer Operations (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying)
Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, banquet event orders)
Promote brand awareness internally and externally
Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials)
Use sales techniques to maximize convention revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in sales process software
Answer guest questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours, rates, packages, promotions, events)
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, communicating by phone and email to respond to questions/requests
Follow all company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address their needs
Speak with others using clear and professional language, answer phones appropriately
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, listen and respond to employee concerns
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
