* Event Coordination
- Support the end-to-end delivery of member and private events.
- Liaise with suppliers, internal departments and guests for smooth operations.
- Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and event communications.
* On-the-Day Support
- Set up and break down event spaces according to brief.
- Welcome guests, provide information and support throughout the event.
- Troubleshoot operational issues discreetly and efficiently.
* Communication & Planning
- Attend planning meetings and contribute to event concepts.
- Ensure run sheets and briefings are accurate and distributed in advance.
- Follow up on post-event feedback and reporting.
* Brand & Standards
- Ensure all events align with HAUS brand values and tone.
- Maintain exceptional service standards and presentation.
- Support creative and cultural programming across the calendar.
Yêu cầu
- 2+ years' experience in events, hospitality or membership environments.
- Highly organised and confident managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Polished, professional and confident under pressure.
