The Events & Promotion Officer supports the Events & Promotion Executive in planning, coordinating, and executing events and promotional activities to enhance the club's brand presence, drive customer engagement, and promote its offerings. This role involves collaborating with the marketing team, multiple stakeholders, and the ability to manage logistics to ensure successful event management and promotion. Duties may include but are not limited to:
Coordinate, and execute club events, promotions, and direct marketing offers to club members.
Support in developing and implementing event promotion strategies to achieve member acquisition, player retention, revenue growth, and member reactivation.
Coordinate the details and execution of all events and promotions with related departments to ensure the highest quality and maximum return on investment.
Track event attendance and generate post-event satisfaction surveys
Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal clients to create high-quality promotional materials.
Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all promotional materials and channels.
Assist to prepare event and promotion reports to evaluate effectiveness and inform decision-making.
Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform event and promotion strategies.
Support the development and management of the brand's event and promotion content strategy.
Provide support for public relations activities, including drafting press releases and handling media inquiries related to events and promotions.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for the production of promotional materials and event logistics.
Other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor/manager.
Yêu cầu
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in event coordination, administration, or a logistics-focus role.
Proven experience managing vendors and coordinating event logistics for various group sizes.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiar with event management or CRM software is a plus.
Proactive, flexible team player willing to work irregular hours (evenings/ weekends) as required by the event schedule.
