1. Exams organisation preparation (40%)
Check the lists of students taking exams from the centres to send to HCM DOET and send back the admission tickets to the centres on time.
Prepare all logistics, manpower for the exams end the certificates to centres to deliver to customers
2. Exams Organization (20%)
Check the manpower and logistics 3 days before the exams happen
Assign staff to set up the rooms for the exams
Support to hold the meeting for the invigilators and the supporters before the exams happen on the same day
Support to receive and secure the tests from the DOET
Collect absent students to report to the exams management team
3. Operation management (30%)
Follow ILA standard when conducting ILA service to customers
Work with centre staff to make sure they follow the requirements from HCM DOET and Cambridge Organization
Ensure the exam registration ratio up to 90%
4. Reporting (10%)
Key in the results on the system
Check all the student list and admission tickets before sending to external and internal relevant departments
Manage the certificate to be sent to the centres timely and correctly

Technical skills
Good technical and management skills
Good skills in office software application (MS word, excel, project, visio, powerpoint, etc)
Soft Skills
Very good communication, ownership and persuasive skills
Very good at time management, problem solving and capability building
Other requirements
Be able to work on flexible schedules
Required Experience
Over 1 year working experience in foreign company
Prefer working experience in educational organisation
Required Education and qualifications
College/University graduated is an advantage
