Mô tả công việc

Responsible for developing the business plan and management of Exclusive brands in the Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements (VMS) category. VMS is a strategic growth area for the company, and Exclusive brands (only available at Pharmacity) play a key role in expanding the VMS range and market share. The individual will manage the delivery of an ambitious growth target, which involves launching new Exclusives brands, developing partnerships, and driving the growth of the brands at Pharmacity.
Identify new VMS Exclusive brands that meet customer needs, drive profitable growth for the VMS category and increasing sales participation, by analyzing market trends, market data and customer insight. Develop and maintain strong business relationships, and project manage the successful launch of new brands;
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Exclusive brand suppliers to maximize sales growth and profitability improvement. Leverage supplier relationships to facilitate business planning and problem solving, negotiate contract terms, rebates, mutually beneficial supplier agreements;
Develop and execute brand plans inclusive of, but not limited to, brand positioning, price/promotion strategies, assortment planning, packaging, and marketing campaigns etc.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the Exclusive brand supplier and Pharmacity Marketing department to develop effective brand communication plans and create engaging marketing content which is activated across online and offline channels to build brand awareness;
Manage the monthly sales promotion plan for Exclusive brands, offering schemes and deals that drive profitable growth; manage the promotion planning process, to ensure that all steps for promotion set-up are completed accurately and on-time; complete promotional analysis to understand the effectiveness of promotion schemes;
Ensure full stock availability and effective stock management for Exclusive brand products by working with suppliers and Pharmacity Demand Planning department across forecasting, PO planning, item labeling, quality, etc;
Lead the relationship with relevant departments for effective brand merchandising across multiple channels such as retail pharmacies, ecommerce, app, etc;
Develop Exclusive brand local price strategy in line with management guidelines and brand positioning strategies. Set prices and position products relative to market opportunities and competition;
Work closely with and support the Pharmacity Training, Internal Communications and Retail teams on Exclusive brand selling strategies, training initiatives, engagement activities, and negotiate support from brand suppliers to maximise the internal engagement and brand knowledge of employees;
Prepare regular sales analysis and commercial updates on brand performance, for identifying actions and opportunities to improve brand performance for sharing both internally and with suppliers;
Drive constant improvement to Exclusive brand value proposition and customer value by continually understanding customer's priorities for our Exclusive brands and by identifying unmet needs.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor or advanced Degree in Commercial, Marketing, Business Management, Economic, Finance.
High standard English.
All usual Microsoft office programs.
10 years+ in brand management, retail, commercial role.
Understanding of the marketing mix with commercial acumen; how to use pricing, promotion, marketing to drive sales.
