Handling shipments from booking until file closure as instructed by supervisor.
Maintain set KPI's.
Responsible for operational accuracy of individual shipments.
Responsible for billing accurately of individual shipments.
Responsible for on time filing closure as per deadlines set forth by management.
Dealing with supervisor together with pricing team to find space/price related solutions.
Yêu cầu
2+ years of Air freight operations experience (from booking stage to invoice)
Diploma/ Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Transport Management or equivalent
Knowledge of CargoWise system is an advantage
Knowledge of Airlines and booking
Good collaboration and multitasking skills
Honest, active, high discipline
Good at job planning/organizing and time management
Sufficient computer literacy (Microsoft Word/Excel/Power-point)
Good communication skills (interpersonal, emailing...)
Able to work under pressure
Show "can do" attitude
Be a team player, detailed and accurate
Be motivated and dedicated
