JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Description
Assist
in managing and maintaining relationships with existing vendors and
suppliers.
Coordinate
with vendors regarding product information, pricing, availability, lead
time, delivery schedules, and other operational matters.
Support
the creation, update, and maintenance of product and item information in
the company's internal system.
Monitor
inventory data and ensure item records and related information are
accurate and up to date.
Track
and evaluate vendor performance based on delivery, responsiveness, product
quality, pricing, and service level.
Assist
in preparing vendor performance reports and identifying areas for
improvement.
Support
the onboarding and evaluation of new vendors by collecting and organizing
relevant information and documentation.
Coordinate
with internal teams to resolve vendor, item, and inventory-related issues.
Assist
in monitoring stock availability and identifying potential shortages or
supply risks.
Maintain
organized records of vendor information, product data, pricing, and
related documentation.
Support
other procurement, supply chain, and inventory management activities when
required.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Currently
pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management,
Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, Procurement, or a related
field.
Strong
organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good
written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency
in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and ERP tools.
Comfortable
working with data, product information, and internal management systems.
Good
communication and interpersonal skills when working with vendors and
internal teams.
Proactive,
responsible, and willing to learn.
Ability
to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
Previous
internship or exposure to procurement, supply chain, inventory management,
or operations is an advantage.
