Strategic Support:
Conduct research, prepare reports, and present findings on key business topics.
Assist with project management, including tracking deadlines and coordinating with other departments.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
Administrative Support:
Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the executive.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Operational Support:
Help streamline internal processes for increased efficiency.
Build and maintain an internal database.
Marketing & Creative Support:
Assist with marketing tasks and support the Creative Team in various projects.
