1. Board Secretary & Corporate Governance
• Manage end-to-end secretarial duties for BOD and GMS meetings across both entities: agendas, meeting materials, drafting minutes, issuing resolutions, and tracking post-meeting execution.
• Act as the official liaison between the Board of Directors, Executive Board, Shareholders, Investors, and Regulatory Authorities to ensure full statutory and corporate compliance.
• Maintain, store, and manage all corporate governance documents and legal records of the Board.
2. Strategic Partnership & Outreach (CEO Office)
• Proactively outreach, establish, and cultivate key strategic relationships (B2B, B2G, financial institutions, investment funds, and international organizations).
• Support the CEO in evaluating, negotiating, and executing joint ventures, strategic alliances, and market expansion projects.
• Prepare high-impact business proposals, pitch decks, executive speeches, and official correspondence for CEO's external engagements.
• Coordinate high-level executive meetings, partner visits, and strategic corporate events.
3. Market Intelligence & Performance Tracking
• Research and synthesize financial/capital market trends, competitor insights, and industry developments to advise executive decision-making.
• Track, evaluate, and report progress on company-wide strategic initiatives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Recommend operational improvements to enhance overall organizational efficiency.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, Commercial Law, or related disciplines.
• Experience:
• 1-3+ years of experience as Board Secretary, EA to CEO, or
Business Development/Partnerships in Finance, Banking, Securities, Investment, or Capital Markets.
• Proven experience handling corporate secretarial or governance duties across multi-entity corporate structures.
• Network & Outreach: Strong networking capability with direct outreach skills targeting financial institutions, corporates, and partner ecosystems.
• Knowledge & Skills:
• Solid grasp of Enterprise Law, Securities Regulations, and Corporate Governance principles.
• Strong financial/market analytical mindset and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written) for drafting legal/official documents and executive communication.
