Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Executive Assistant to General Director (Japanese & Chinese, ID20137, 2000USD):
Provide simultaneous and consecutive interpretation between Japanese, Chinese, and Vietnamese/English in: Meetings with authorities, partners, clients, and internal departments, daily communications as requested by the General Director
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and cultural appropriateness in all translations
Translate business documents and internal communications when required
Assist the General Director in: Managing schedules, meetings, and appointments Coordinating with department heads to follow up on instructions
Prepare meeting minutes, summaries, and action plans
Support communication between BOD and local teams
Monitor and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely execution
Requirement
Male/Female, under 41 years old
Bachelor's degree in Japanese, Chinese, or related fields
Minimum 2 years of experience as: Interpreter or Executive Assistant to General Director
Japanese: JLPT N2 or above (N1 preferred)
Chinese (Mandarin): HSK5 or above
English: Ability to write professional emails
Experience in manufacturing environment is highly preferred
