Mô tả công việc

Collaborate directly with the founder on diverse tasks
Drive Task Management: Collecting, Organizing, Prioritizing, Delegating
Follow-up with tasks, both founder's and other staff's
Help communicate and coordinate between team members and external stakeholders
Create decision templates for the founder
Research information online
Respond to customer emails/messages (2-5/day)

Yêu cầu

Strong executor and a "finisher" who likes to make sure the things get done
Organized and structured, yet adaptable to unstructured environments
Proactive and self-guided, able to anticipate needs
Skilled problem solver with effective, clear, and confident communication skills
Fast learner
Loyal & dedicated
Experience with project management is beneficial but not required (can be learned)
