Mô tả công việc

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who could support our Director to plan out his busy schedule.
Main duties:
Manage the Director's diaries and appointments
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Draft letters, prepare documents (e.g., PowerPoint presentations), and organize/analyze data in Excel.
Conducting legal checks and reviews for contracts or important documents
Act as the point of contact among Executives, employees, and other external partners
Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports
Take minutes during meetings
Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Director.

Yêu cầu công việc

Must have:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role for at least 2 years.
Bachelor's Degree from a top university in Vietnam or abroad (preferred)
Excellent English skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with a particular emphasis on analytical skills in Excel.
Discretion and confidentiality
Great attention to detail & accuracy
Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
Very good communications skills - both verbal and written
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible working hours based on the Director's timezone.
Nice to have:
PA diploma or certification is a plus
Eager to learn, hungry for knowledge, and willing to work hard to achieve goals
An ability to stay calm, patient, and tactful under pressure
A bright and positive attitude, a self-starter, and take-charge personality
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
