Mô tả công việc
1/ Consultation & Reporting
- Advise on files and documents submitted to leadership from departments or individuals,
ensuring compliance with the bank's regulations.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to gather information, exchange ideas, resolve
issues, or seek guidance for matters under your responsibility.
- Follow up with departments and individuals to ensure directives from higher
management are carried out.
- Prepare relevant materials for meetings, conferences, and interactions with
clients/partners.
- Complete assigned reports.
2/ Operational Tasks
- Arrange schedules for the CRO.
- Coordinate with departments for logistics support during CRO' domestic and
international business trips.
- Handle administrative paperwork and procedures as they arise.
3/ Document Translation
- Translate documents from Vietnamese to English and vice versa.
- Interpret for leadership during events, meetings, etc.
4/ Document Storage and Information Security
- Organize and maintain both hard and soft copy records.
- Ensure absolute confidentiality of files, documents, and related information.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Foreign Languages, Banking, Economics, Law, or related
fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing). Capable of translating and
interpreting.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Quick and sharp problem- solving abilities.
- Preference for candidates who have studied abroad.
