We are looking for talented candidates for the position of Executive, Sales & Marketing to work at 4th Floor, Empire Tower, 26-28 Hàm Nghi, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam:
Purpose
To execute strategies and coordinate company sales and marketing functions to achieve the targeted sales volume and margin. To monitor contracts performance and mitigate both operational and financial risks.
Market Intelligence
• Undertake and interpret market intelligence and report competitor activities and market trends to facilitate marketing planning strategy and management decision-making.
Marketing and Sales
1. Develop and gather marketing and sales documentation as key inputs to facilitate decision making in negotiation with existing buyers as well in Sales and Purchase Agreement negotiation with potential buyers.
2. Evaluate the marketing and sale activity of RCL Group products within the price structure, contribution, and contractual as per the Company's established or agreed plan to achieve sales targets and profitability.
3. Conduct effective negotiation with potential clients and other departments (Finance and Operations/Logistics) to ensure deals and transactions are properly concluded to avoid operational problems and limited financial exposures through a sound and comprehensive understanding of operations and their implications.
Sales Report
1. Deliver agreed on revenue and shared objectives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis; achieve the monthly KPI's.
2. Review and track progress against revenue and targets; analyse sales/revenue reports; recommend and propose changes to existing plans and operating budgets; implement approved changes.
3. Provide monthly reports, data, research and market intelligence to the Management highlighting business performance, competitive landscape and recommendations for increasing revenue.
4. Monitor, review, encourage and guide the whole Sales and Marketing (Chemical) to achieve its plan and the individual staff's KPIs.
Marketing Plan
• Develop annual departmental marketing plan via collaboration with other departments (
Business Development and Finance) to meet the Company's business objectives.
Marketing and Sales Contract
1. Develop and monitor the sale and purchase contract performance for deals execution through collaboration with legal to ensure timely approval and recommend corrective for arising issues highlighted to ensure the execution is as per contract.
2. Investigate all outstanding receivables via collaboration with Finance to ensure the collection is done timely and as per sales and purchase contract for minimising bad debt and attaining healthy sales proceeds.

• Enhance own competencies and contribute to the development of the working team through coaching, mentoring, feedback and internal successions to ensure internalisation of the right leadership and capabilities in executing the job.
Mindset, Behaviour and Culture
• Implement value interventions, tools, and methodologies in collaboration with the working team to promote and instil a high sense of commitment, ownership, integrity, and loyalty to operational excellence.
Customer Relationship Management
• Foster and sustain effective working relationships and rapport with the government authorities, business and management institutions, national and key industry players and service providers to keep abreast with the latest development in the relevant markets and capitalise on insider status and strategic alliances to capture opportunities for new business ventures and enhance stakeholder confidence in RCL Group products and services.
• Ensure all customer visits, opportunities, and other customer information are updated according to the requirements and expectations.
• Proactively work with the Finance Department to ensure all payments for Chemical accounts are collected within the agreed timelines as per the credit terms the customer has with the Company.
Others
• Perform other ad hoc jobs and responsibilities assigned by immediate superior.
• Possess a good command of written & spoken English.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially on PowerPoint/presentation software.
• Has in-depth knowledge of managing overall sales activities.
• Has solid competitiveness analysis on sales data to plan for sales strategies.
• Being in a traditional market set against a more established and experienced group of competitors, one has to be creative and proactive to market conditions at all times in order to maintain market share. Fast and sound decision-making ability is essential. Possess knowledge of competitors and can proactively respond to market changes.
• Has the ability to strategize and solve problems using a creative and innovative mindset.
• Possess strong leadership and organisational skills such as excellent communication, collaboration and motivation skills.
• Possess Business Acumen & with entrepreneurship self-driven motivation.
• Having built up its network of counterparties over the years is preferable but not essential.
• Is articulate, carry self well, and present effectively and convincingly to management/customers.
