Lead the design and enhancement of user interfaces to provide loan repayment information to the end customers, ensuring they are intuitive and user-friendly.
Collaborate with
developers to ensure designs are feasible and implementable.
Analyze user feedback, behavior, and metrics to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gain insights into customer needs and preferences.
Optimize front-end components to ensure responsive, accessible, and high-performing user experiences.
Including the usability for the tools at the disposal of the Collection employees used when they face end customers.
Ensure these tools are efficient, user-friendly, and meet the needs of Collection staff to facilitate effective customer interactions and resolutions.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and customer support, to align on goal and deliverables
Advocate for user-centered design principles and maintain a focus on delivering value to both customers and internal users.
Cooperate and coordinate with other stakeholders to meet product related KPI.
Support line manager in other tasks as requested from time to time.
