The Job
As a UX/UI Designer at Rydiam Sai Gon Ltd, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our applications. You will work closely with the development team and other stakeholders to bring your designs to life.
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Design the information architecture and user flows for our applications, ensuring a seamless and logical user journey.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications using design tools like Adobe XD or Figma.
- Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and consistent with our brand guidelines, ensuring accessibility.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and development process.
- Conduct usability testing and iterating designs based on user feedback.
- Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency across all our applications.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
Your Skills and Experience
- 1-2+ years of experience in a relevant UX/UI design role.
- Strong UX/UI design and implementation skills.
- Proficiency in using and designing wireframes/prototypes with tools like Adobe XD or Figma.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to learn quickly and a high degree of self-motivation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage workload effectively.
- Knowledge of [protected info] and AngularJS.
- Skills in graphic design applications (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience working with source code management systems like GitHub and SourceTree.
