Domain Expertise
- 7+ years of experience in a recruitment marketing/employer branding/ marketing function, with a good mix of in-house and agency experience.
- Expertise in developing and managing recruitment marketing/ Marketing teams in complex, matrix organization, preferably within financial services;
- Hands-on experience in organizing events, implementing programmes (Campus recruitment, referrals, internship, etc), and execution of
digital marketing and
brand marketing campaigns, managing vendors, agencies
- Good understanding of latest recruitment/marketing tools (ATS, CRM, etc.), hands-on experience in data management and reporting to track effeciency of marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or related disciplines. Formal trainings / qualifications in Marketing/HR will be an advantage
- Excellent communications skills. Proficient in English (TOEIC 600+ or equivalent) and Vietnamese (Written, Spoken)
