Export Account Executive

Role Overview
This is a hands-on commercial and operational role in DHF's export business. As an Export
Account Executive, you will experience the export cycle, from client engagement and logistics
coordination to compliance documentation and new product development support. This role
reports to the Export Manager.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the point of contact for export clients; build and maintain strong relationships,
understanding your market's needs, preferences, and technical requirements
• Manage orders, coordinating with QC, Production, and Logistics to ensure correct
specifications, quantities, and on-time delivery for your orders
• Handle customer complaints on quality and delivery, proposing timely solutions
• Prepare commercial documentation: contracts, invoices, packing lists, certificates of
origin, phytosanitary certificates
• Schedule shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers
• Resolve in-transit issues and propose process improvements to reduce logistics costs
• Work with Supply Chain and Accounting to maintain accurate export records
• Collaborate with QA, Production, Procurement, and Commercial teams on new product
R&D
• Support sample trials, pre-processing and packaging tests, and document technical
data for mass production readiness
