- Manage purchase orders (PO), including order entry, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely updates.
- Provide regular operational support for product and sales activities.
- Handle expense processing and budget management related to Export Sales operations.
- Perform basic Photoshop tasks and update artwork files as required.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, International Trade, Export, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export sales / sales support / admin, or data-related roles
- High proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Basic Photoshop skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and good organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with reports/data.
- Solid understanding of export business processes and related workflows.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
- Team player with a positive and proactive working attitude.
- Korean language skills are an advantage.
