Line Manager: Department Head / Manager
Working Location: My Xuan A Industrial Zone, Phu My Ward, TP. HCM / Ba Ria - Vung Tau
Job Description
● Import-Export Support & Customs Handling:
○ Check import-export documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.) and coordinate directly with customs declaration service providers.
○ Monitor documentation progress and assist in archiving customs/shipping files.
● Customer Support & Order Management:
○ Handle international customer service (receiving orders, updating delivery schedules, etc.).
○ Assist in supporting selected domestic customers.
● Other Tasks:
○ Perform other tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned by line managers.
Yêu cầu
● Education: College or Bachelor's Degree (majoring in Economics, Import-Export, Logistics, or related fields).
● Language: Good English communication skills (capable of handling international shipping documentation).
● Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Import-Export or Sales Admin positions. (Fresh candidates with good potential will also be trained).
● Technical Skills: Proficiency in using SAP software and standard MS Office tools.
Compensation & Benefits
- Working Hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
