At Vinlash, sales are more than simply making quick sales and processing customer orders. We place a strong emphasis on understanding our customers, comprehending the pains, business goals and objectives of our partner businesses, and providing the best solutions to support their needs.

Detailts:
Build, train, and develop the sales team to achieve sales targets effectively (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
Engage directly in sales activities to approach potential markets and target customer segments
Build sales processes, sales scripts, and sales materials
Analyze and improve sales processes and scripts to enhance customer conversion rates
Participate in and contribute ideas to build sales strategies monthly, quarterly, and annually
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure orders and support for export sales initiatives
Handling issues related to customers, orders, and business operations
Performing other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors

Take ownership, have the ability to self-study, research and come up with solutions, take initiative in work.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Flexibility and adaptability to change
A desire to learn and grow in the sales, commercial field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position with size team > 5 people
Solid and demonstrated knowledge of the import-export industry (eyelash/hair/beauty/garment/coffee is preferred)
Great negotiation, consultative and relationship management skills
Ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
Fluent in English or a foreign language
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Flexibility and adaptability to change
A desire to learn and grow in the sales, commercial field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position with size team > 5 people
