Mô tả công việc
Develop comprehensive businessproposals to presentto potential partners,investors, and donors.
Increase engagement with external stakeholders through regular meetings, email/telephone communications, and networking events.
Identify and developopportunities for partnership and investment to support the company's growth objectives.
Monitor agreements and renewals with partners to ensure compliance and mutual benefit.
Organize high-level meetingsfor the Director with partners, donors, investors, government counterparts, and other key stakeholders.
Prepare presentations, speeches,briefing notes, and talking points for meetingsand events.
Develop materials such as data sheets, reports,and presentations for meetings with partners and key stakeholders.
Develop relationships with journalists, draft press releases, media briefs, and backgroundmaterials, and preparethe Director and CEO for media interviews.
Maintain media tracking and archive to monitor the company's public image and reputation.
Provide support to the team on externalevents, including logistics, coordination, and communication with participants.
Perform other dutiesas and when required

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
Proven experience in external relations, partnership development, or related roles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Skill in Public relations is nice to have.
Proven experience in external relations, partnership development, or related roles.
