EssilorLuxottica Vietnam is seeking an energetic
Trade Marketing Manager for a 9-month maternity cover to lead channel strategies, enhance brand visibility at the point of sale, and deliver strong commercial results across our distribution network.
This role is perfect for someone who excels at the crossroads of marketing and sales and enjoys creating impactful, data-driven trade programs.
What you'll do:
1. Trade Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement comprehensive short- and long-term trade marketing strategies to drive channel growth, strengthen brand visibility, and support commercial objectives.
• Build annual channel plans, promotional calendars, and go-to-market initiatives for all product launches.
2. Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) Management
• Lead the end-to-end POSM lifecycle, including planning, production, inventory oversight, and allocation across channels.
• Manage supplier and agency relationships to ensure high-quality deliverables and cost-efficient execution.
3. Sales & Channel Collaboration
• Work in close partnership with the Sales team to design and execute impactful trade activities-such as in-store displays, merchandising guidelines, and channel-specific promotions-that maximize visibility and sales conversion.
4. New Product Launch Coordination
• Serve as the central coordinator for all new product introductions.
• Organize product training, launch readiness sessions, and toolkits for Sales, Distributor Support, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless rollout.
5. Execution Excellence & Compliance
• Ensure flawless implementation of trade marketing programs with strict adherence to brand standards and compliance requirements.
• Monitor execution quality and campaign performance through data and field insights, recommending timely optimizations.
6. Analyze Trade Spend & Market Data
• Track and analyze trade spend effectiveness and sales performance by channel, category, and program type.
• Use market insights, competitive intelligence, and ROI analytics to guide investment decisions and support data-driven planning.
7. Cross-Functional Alignment
• Act as a key liaison across Sales, Finance, Operations, and other internal teams, ensuring alignment and smooth execution of all trade marketing initiatives.
8. Other Responsibilities
