Mô tả công việc
• To handle all equipment with care and keep breakage and spoilage in the outlet at a minimum
• Follow and adhere to restaurant, bars, room service and hotel policies & procedures and minimum standards.
Guest Service:
• To personally ensure that guests in the restaurant are receiving the best possible service.
• To be familiar with sequence of service as outlined in procedures
• To take room service orders, delivered and cleared in accordance to hotel standards
Food and Beverage Product:
• To have deep knowledge of food and beverage items and be demanding and critical when it comes to food quality & presentation.
• To set up promotions etc. in the various point of sales in due time and according to pre-established specifications.
COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To assist identify any improvements for restaurant, and bars.
Yêu cầu
Knowledge and Experience
• Education: High school above
• Experience: Experience in guest services preferred
• Credentials: Experience in 4, 5 stars Hotel is preferred

• Be able to speak English and third language will be an advantage
