F&B Coordinator/ Nhân viên điều phối bộ phận ẩm thực

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• To reflect the food and beverage department's philosophy and always adopting a positive attitude and keeping the team spirit at the highest level.
• To show initiative in the daily tasks during the absence of the Food and Beverage Manager from the office. Meanwhile must report on what action has been taken following his / her return.
• To keep F&B Manager agenda updated and remind him / her about appointments and deadlines.
• To assist all Outlet Managers and employees administratively as and when requested.
• To keep stock of stationery for the office and makes requisition if necessary
• To keep up to date about all matters related to the Food and Beverage Department and the hotel in general
• To perform job assigned by the Outlet Manager and Chef.
• To keep the office tidy, clean and restricted to limited employees
• To monitor and file copied annual leave forms and forward the original to the Personnel Department
• To type, take minutes and dictation, draft letters, handles telephone calls, file and trace correspondence
• To be responsible for the security and upkeep of all Food and Beverage, and kitchen files.
• To coordinate the input of all standard recipes into the computers and the maintenance of the computerized recipe file
• To update on a daily basis all outlet covers and revenue statistics.
• To type and coordinate the printing of all outlet menus for the Outlet Managers and Chef.
• To handle and direct employees enquiries
• Any other duties as assigned by the F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager/Chef/Outlet Manager.
• Is employed by Food and Beverage Department, and as such may be assigned to any are the management seems suitable and necessary.
