Primary Responsibilities
To provide strong and efficient administrative support to Food and Beverage Manager and Food & Beverage Department in a professional, discreet, exact and prompt manner in accordance with company policies
Adheres to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.

Yêu cầu
Knowledge and Experience:
• Diploma in Hotel Management, Administrative, or related field
• Sound knowledge of food & beverage products
• One year of secretarial experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Team player and ability to work under pressure
• Ambitious and eager to learn and grow
• Excellent planning and task management skills
• Keen attention to detail and timeliness
• Excellent interpersonal skills in order to deal effectively with all business contacts
• Proficiency in the following software preferred; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Must be flexible to support F&B events & promotions when required
