Welcome and interact with guests across F&B outlets to ensure an excellent dining experience.
Maintain a strong presence during service and build relationships with in-house and returning guests.
Handle guest feedback and support service recovery when needed.
Work closely with Food & Beverage Managers and the F&B team to ensure smooth operations.
Promote F&B outlets, signature dishes, and special dining experiences.
Yêu cầu
Expat candidate with experience in luxury hospitality or high-end restaurants.
2-3 years experience in Guest Relations, F&B service, or restaurant operations.
Strong communication skills and guest-focused personality.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
