Mô tả Công việc
- Before Proto stage: Receive infos New development fabric from Buyrer -> Source suppliers and work with them for developing fabric until get Fabric swatch, check quality/color and submit to Buyer.
- From Proto from SMS stage: Receive infos from Product Developer+ BOM -> Make "Tracking fabric chart" -> Check fabric stock with WH -> If no stock, place order to supplier and follow up until fabric arrived at Factory.
- If suppliers apply MOQ/surcharge -> need to get Buyer's approval.
- Send docs to Shipping for making customs declaration.
- Inform QA do inspection Fabric, if have defective, work with suppliers to solve issue (replacement/charge back...)
- Work with supplier to get LD approval status for all item/clw. And give to Mer team.
- SMS stage: Send "Request fabric test" to LAB TMI and prepare fabric as well. Follow up and check Test report/result, raise up if any case failed to Team Leader to get thier adv for next actions. Also, inform test Shrinkage result to Tech team.
- Check infos of Fabric chart was shared by Leeefong and BOM to give a final Fabirc chart to Mer team purchases Bulk fab.
- "Inventory report" phải chốt với WH, Shipping.
- End of season, update and send Liability chart (MOQ/Surcharge)to Team leader to inform Buyer.
- Work on "Inventory report" with WH, Shipping.
- Provide fabric component, HS code of Fabric to Shipping team.
- Purchase Fabric for Bulk produciton:
+ Follow up and push Tech team to give Usage for purchasing. To avoid delayed -> impact to ETD fab.
+ Get infos from BOM + Buyer to input "Genaral Fabric" chart -> Keep update and follow up.
+ Place Bulk order through ERP system. And solve all issue on ERP.
+ Send PO to supplier, work with them until get PI and 1st confirm.
- Solve problems that arise with parts during work
