· Working out of our Thao Dien / HCMC office, the Fabric Sourcing Specialist oversees the sourcing of fabrics for our customers.
· This role requires very strong sourcing capability, very good knowledge of textiles/fabrics, and attention to detail.
· Focus on tactical apparel and gear fabrics.
Responsibilities
· Identify and source high-quality fabrics from various suppliers across Asia.
· Collaborate with design and production teams to understand fabric needs.
· Evaluate new and existing suppliers for performance and reliability.
· Maintain an up-to-date sourcing database and track developments.
· Ensure all sourced fabrics meet quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Textile Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in fabric sourcing or procurement.
· Strong knowledge of fabric types and textile manufacturing processes.
· Proven vendor management skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in sourcing and supply chain management software.

· Very good level of English: understand, talk, read & write.
