JOB IN SUMMARY
The role supports the Spices business across multiple origins by strengthening market intelligence, customer & category insights, and commercial storytelling. The objective is to elevate product awareness, consistency, and engagement with existing and new buyers, ensuring customers experience one unified ofi Spices organization, rather than fragmented origin-based entities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Market Intelligence & Data-driven Insights
• Monitor and analyze market trends, crop cycles, customer movements, and competitor activities across the global spices landscape
• Build and maintain structured data models and dashboards to track category performance, price trends, and supply-demand dynamics across origins
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis and actionable recommendations to support commercial discussions, pricing strategy, and customer opportunity identification
2. Commercial Marketing & Customer Enablement
• Develop data-driven customer presentations and support sales teams in curating buyer‐specific materials
• Create and maintain core commercial collaterals (capability decks, category white papers, standard templates)
• Translate insights and data into clear, compelling commercial narratives aligned with ofi's brand standards
3. Go-to-Market, Branding & External Visibility
• Develop go‐to‐market kits for new buyers, new products, and new offerings
• Drive quarterly capability themes (e.g. sustainability, organic, harvest trends) to structure sales outreach
• Support harmonization of customer-facing materials across origins so buyers experience one ofi Spices identity
• Support or lead trade fairs and industry events (booth/room concept and execution)
• Identify relevant industry media and digital channels to strengthen market awareness and buyer engagement
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Business, Marketing or relevant fields
• 2-5 years of experience in commercial marketing, business intelligence, market research, or B2B sales support
• Experience in B2B ingredients / FMCG / industrial sectors is a plus
• Strong analytical, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
• Strong commercial mindset with a customer‐centric approach and good business acumen
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable working with cross‐functional and multi‐country teams
• High level of learning agility, ownership, and execution discipline
