Mô tả công việc

- Assist Technical Manager in coordinating and monitoring Upstream and Midstream projects.
- Attend JV technical meeting/workshop and review the progress report/presentation prepared by Operators (PQPOC and SWPOC)
- Review and evaluate Work Program and Budget, Supplement Budget and AFE proposed by operators. Monitor the work program and budget vs actual
- Review and evaluate instructions to Bid (ITB), tender plan and tender evaluation reports prepared by Operators
- Review and evaluate EPCI execution and management, progress of EPCI schedule, engineering, and procurement documents, etc.
EPCIs under Block B - O Mon gas project
Upstream: EPCI No.1 (Central Processing Platform (CPP), Living Quarters Platform (LQP) and Flare Platform), EPCI No.2 (Hubs and Wellhead Platform and Infield pipelines), EPCI No.3 (FSO)
Midstream: Onshore EPC (100km, 30 inch), Offshore ePC (300km, 28 inch and 40km, 18 inch)
- Monitor project cost (budget vs actual)
- Review and evaluate EPCI schedule for consistency with Midstream and Downstream project schedule
- Monitor RoW (only for Midstream project) and UXO activities and review the progress report
- Monitor HSE on EPCI, RoW and UXO, etc.

Yêu cầu

Graduating with Master/Bachelor's degree major in Engineering
Knowledge and experience of minimum 10 years in oil and gas projects. Work experience in a multi-national oil & gas company is desired. Experience in Vietnam Block B and/or Gulf of Thailand is an advantage.
Excellent English skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Good communication, presentation and reporting skills
Honest, hard-working, enthusiastic, have the spirit of learning and progressing
Excellent computer skills
