Job Description

Are you passionate about creating innovative solutions and bringing dreams to life? Join the Facility team to play an important role in maintaining and optimizing our brand-new production facility and help us build the iconic LEGO® bricks loved by millions worldwide!

Core Responsibilities

Be the main contact person to external hard service IFM (Integrated Facility Management) partner, take full accountability of services delivery including: building & fabric maintenance; operations & maintenance of HVAC systems, water treatment systems, plumbing, fire safety & emergency system, HV/MV/LV/Back-up power system and other critical facility systems to guarantee the continuous operations of the factory
Work together with project team, contractors & IFM partners during Testing and Commissioning stage for the mentioned facility systems in the new factory. Ensure the operations/maintenance/engineering documentation be hand-overed completely to Facility team & IFM partner
Work with IFM partner to develop SOPs to delivery the service with consistency of performance and quality
Conduct performance assessment of external IFM partners under global contract framework, critical metric scoring, monthly audit.
Collect feedback from end users and provide improvement plan with verification of effectiveness;
Understand expected services level vs. actual deliveries. Address services provider for corrections;
Maintain high users satisfaction
Budgeting, payment application, expenses approval, change order approval
Communication with IFM team globally: input the local status, critical metrics & reporting, stepping up for help when needed;
Ensure company policies and compliance requirement will be applied to IFM area, for example: Responsible Business Principle, Code of Conduct, Hygiene, Safety, ISO
Familiar with Industrial safety knowledge & implementation: LOTO, hot work, confined spaces, work in heights, etc.
Drive continuous improvement in IFM area, apply best-known practices in the industry or shared by other LEGO factories.
Ensure the compliance to all Global Engineering Standard & Risk Mitigation/Insurance requirement
Prepare and provide hard services in IFM scope to new buildings.

Facility Management are in charge of ensuring that the factory properly maintained and operating efficiently in order to enhance manufacturing productivity and provide our LMV employees with an amazing and safe experience in the workplace every day.
IFM Hard Service Facility Manager is a key role as main contact point to external partners for services under IFM scope, work closely with global IFM team to maintain high satisfaction level of all users.

Do you have what it takes?

Bachelor or higher degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Automation Engineering or related majors is preferred
In-depth experience in facility management, especially experience in handling an external facility service partner, preferably an IFM provider.
Go do mentality and curiosity to learn
Responsive and willing to take ownership of issues and drive solutions
Lean and continuous improvement.
Significant exposure to facility management function in a large international organization.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work with and navigate a diverse group of stakeholders.
A proactive and service-minded approach to problem-solving.
Familiar with LEED & Green facilities operations
Project Management experience
Experience facilitating PDCA, problem solving, RCA techniques
Experience of delivering new workplace and/or facility management related innovation initiatives and digitalisation technologies
Fluent in both Vietnamese and English

Nhà máy này đã hoàn thành 26% tổng khối lượng xây dựng trong giai đoạn 1 và sẽ có 4.000 việc làm mới được tạo ra trong vòng 15 năm tới. Số lao động được tuyển dụng để vận hành nhà máy dự kiến nâng lên tới 4.000 người, tạo ra việc làm và nguồn thu đáng kể cho ngân sách.
