Job Description

Are you passionate about creating innovative solutions and bringing dreams to life? Join the Facility team to play an important role in maintaining and optimizing our brand-new production facility and help us build the iconic LEGO® bricks loved by millions worldwide!

* This role will be working temporarily at the LEGO temporary office in District 1, HCMC (shuttle bus is provided from Bien Hoa & Binh Duong to the office) with frequent travel to the factory site; and will be relocated to Binh Duong in 2024.

Core Responsibilities

Be the main contact person for our external Integrated Facility Management (IFM) partner takes full accountability for service delivery commitments such as catering, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, reception/helpdesk, mail room, and waste handling.
Performance assessment of the external IFM partner under the global contract framework, critical metric scoring, and monthly audits.
Collect feedback from end-users, main partners, and secure commitment.
Understand expected service levels versus actual deliveries. Address the service provider for corrections and improvements.
Secure high end-user satisfaction through surveys, exit pools, etc.
Budgeting, payment application, expense approval, and change order approval
Close collaboration and communication with the global IFM team: Input the local status, stepping up for help when required.
Ensure company policies and compliance requirements will apply to the IFM area, for example: Code of Conduct, hygiene, safety, ISO
Driving continuous improvement in the IFM area, applying best-known practices in the industry, or sharing knowledge across LEGO factories.
Prepare and provide both soft service IFM scope to new buildings.

Facility Management is in charge of all soft and hard services, energy management, the environment, and waste handling to support both production and people working in LMV. The Facility IFM manager has a key role as the main contact person for external partners for services under IFM scope, and works closely with the IFM team globally to maintain a high level of satisfaction for all users.

Do you have what it takes?

College education or above is preferred.
Five years of experience within the IFM Soft Service Business in a multinational environment is preferred.
Good financial competence
Experience with HACCP, Food Safety regulations from local authorities, and local legislation
Lean and continuous improvement
Experience and knowledge from the Catering business
Experienced in soft service contracts (cleaning, landscaping, etc.).
A good understanding of how to operate within a Global contract
Good communication, good collaboration and planning skills, and working as a great teammate

Công ty TNHH Lego Manufacturing Việt Nam, một doanh nghiệp 100% vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, đã thực hiện dự án nhà máy tại Bình Dương, Việt Nam. Nhà máy này đã hoàn thành 26% tổng khối lượng xây dựng trong giai đoạn 1 và sẽ có 4.000 việc làm mới được tạo ra trong vòng 15 năm tới. Tập đoàn này đang tiến thêm một bước để hướng đến việc hoàn thành xây dựng nhà máy trị giá 1,3 tỷ USD tại Việt Nam. Ngoài ra, Lego cũng đang chuẩn bị lao động, nhân sự để vận hành nhà máy và dự kiến sẽ có khoảng 100 người được tuyển dụng trong những tháng cuối năm 2023 và tăng lên 500 người trong năm 2024 để đảm bảo đi vào sản xuất trong nửa cuối năm 2024.

Số lao động được tuyển dụng để vận hành nhà máy dự kiến nâng lên tới 4.000 người, tạo ra việc làm và nguồn thu đáng kể cho ngân sách.
