Facility Officer (AEON MALL Hue - 356)

Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Facility & Security Officer
+ Work location: AEON MALL Hue
+ Working time: 5 days/ week - OFF days are not fixed on weekends, work in shift (shift A: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm & shift C: 1:30 pm - 10:30 pm, average 5-7 shift C/ month)
+ Report to: Deputy Manager/ Manager
JOB SUMMARY: Assist management team in the completion of maintenance work and all aspects of ongoing project management (mostly focusing on maintenance) inside the Mall. Liaise closely with external contractors to ensure that all work is completed within standards.
1. Check the service performance of Aeon Delight Vietnam (ADV - External service provider) and suggest improvements for service quality and cost-saving (15%);
2. Coordinate with ADV to solve any incidents of tenants regarding equipment and technical systems such as water leaking, broken roller shutter, blackout, etc. (15%);
3. Handle facility and security requests from tenants and contractors (15%);
4. Follow all fit-out works, renovation, event setup in the shopping mall, and report the schedule and relevant incidents if any (15%);
5. Introduce operation procedures and regulations of the shopping mall to tenants, suppliers, vendors, and follow their implementation (10%);
6. Regularly patrol around the shopping mall to ensure all facilities and services provided to customers are in good condition (10%);
7. Summarize facility and security data & make reports as required from supervisors (10%);
8. Other duties as assigned (10%).
