Mô tả công việc
As a Facility Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the functionality and safety of facility equipment and systems. This role involves developing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting technical issues, overseeing repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Facility Technician also contributes to energy efficiency initiatives and manages records of maintenance activities.
Compass II (A subsidiary of Stanley Black and Decker) operates at VSIP 1, 35 Dai Lo Doc Lap, Binh Hoa Ward, Thuan An, Binh Duong. The working hours for this position are 48 hours per week.
You will get to:
• Collaborate with the departmental manager to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for facility equipment and systems.
• Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving facility-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Assist in overseeing and execute the maintenance and repair of facility equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Ensure that all facility maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies, identifying and addressing potential safety hazards.
• Contribute to energy efficiency initiatives, recommending improvements that reduce energy consumption and align with sustainability goals.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment manuals, and facility-related documentation.
• Work with external vendors and contractors as needed for maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring quality and cost-effective service.
• Participate in emergency response and evacuation procedures, providing technical support during critical situations.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in facility management to suggest improvements.
Yêu cầu
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
• Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and facility management, particularly in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of automation systems and manufacturing technologies.
Strong knowledge of building systems and construction practices.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Skills and Personality:
Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and contractors.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Good command of English
