Education & Professional Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in
Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related engineering discipline.
• 6+ years of progressive professional experience in factory audit, quality assurance, manufacturing compliance, or supplier management.
• Hands-on experience in consumer product compliance; appliance manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.
• Expertise in UL, IEC, and other international product certification standards.
• In-depth knowledge and practical understanding of global regulatory and management system standards, including ISO 9000/14000/45000, ISO/IEC 17025, RoHS, REACH, FDA, and NSF.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese; demonstrated ability to conduct professional cross-border communication, draft technical documents, and prepare formal audit reports in both languages.
• Profound expertise in end-to-end manufacturing processes, quality management systems (QMS), standardized audit methodologies, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) implementation.
• Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional project coordination capabilities.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple concurrent audit projects efficiently.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with audit management software is a distinct advantage.
